Приветствую всех читателей сайта “Вольт-Индеск“. Сегодня мы продолжим нашу беседу, посвященную самодельному аппарату конденсаторной сварки. Для начала хочу попросить прощение за столько долгое отсутствие. В первую очередь настоятельно рекомендую просмотреть первую часть нашей статьи, где подробно было пояснено, как работает схема и подбираются компоненты.
В этой статье мы завершим сборку аппарата и испытаем его. Начнем, пожалуй, с корпуса. Он был взят от безперебойника.
Как видно, монтаж немного не аккуратный, но зато использованы доступные компоненты.
Первым делом закрепляем сетевой трансформатор. Он стоит всего на двух болтах.
А вот тиристор пришлось крепить посредством хамутов, так как подходящей гайки найти не удалось.
Хамут имеет приваренную гайку, которую можно использовать в качестве тока съемного контакта вот таким образом.
Это решение одновременно позволило закрепить батарею конденсаторов. Всего один болт, но держится довольно крепко.
Резисторы в схеме делителя были помещены в термоусадку и припаяны напрямую к плате с конденсаторами, как и два разряжающих резистора.
На переднюю панель были выведены светодиодные индикаторы заряда батареи, кнопку для экстренного разряда и сетевой выключатель.
В качестве одного из выходных контактов использовал монтажную клемму. Вторым прослужила родная клемма тиристора.
Плюс с конденсаторной батареи идет по тиристору на выход, а минус взят с платы напрямую.
Опять же недолго думая тупо припаял длинный болт, это также служит в качестве дополнительного крепления для платы конденсаторов.
Кстати на всякий случай добавил еще пару параллельно соединенных конденсаторов, таким образом, общая емкость батареи чуть больше 60 000 микрофарад. Тиристор прекрасно справляется.
Теперь о проводах с электродами – 12 квадратов – чистая медь, к ним припаяны трубки с цанговым зажимом на конце, которые были взяты от импульсного паяльника. В качестве электродов были использованы слегка заостренные медные провода с диаметром 3 мм.
Если провод имеет лаковое покрытие, обязательно ее необходимо удалить. Кнопка запуска тиристора была выведена один из электродов и приклеена термоклеем.
Для теста аппарата были использованы старые соединения и аккумуляторы от батареи ноутбука. Очень важно как можно сильнее прижать электроды к пластине, если кто-то решит смастерить такой аппарат, очень советуем соорудить прижимной пружинный механизм.
Для увеличения надежности сварки советуем также сделать еще одну точку, хотя и так все отлично держится.
